Из напитков разрешаются чай (черный и зеленый), натуральный кофе (если организм хорошо переносит). Лучше употреблять фруктовые отвары, из шиповника, черники, айвы. Кофе и какао варят на воде и подают с молоком. Запрещены виноградный сок и квасы.
Жиры. В меню — рафинированные растительные, топленое и сливочное масла. На день рекомендуется употреблять не более 20-30 г сливочного масла и использовать для заправки каш (по 1 ч.л. на порцию). Жарить на нем запрещено. Исключены свиное сало, кулинарные говяжий и свиной жиры.
